CJ CheilJedang are a South Korean food company that manufactures food ingredients and frozen packaged food products. Its core brands include Bibigo, Gourmet, and Hatbahn. CJ's Bibigo Soybean Paste is a rich, flavourful Korean cooking ingredient. Alternatively known as "Ssamjang", it is a fermented Korean paste used to make sauces that are often used as a dip or topping for barbecue lettuce wraps. This condiment is made from a cultured soybean base called Doenjang with the addition of chilli paste, fresh garlic, onions, scallions, and sesame oil.
